Az ipari ingatlanok piaca

Az érezhetô gazdasági fellendülés az ipari ingatlanok piacán is érezhetô. A lehetôségek az export piac fejlôdésébôl adódnak. A másik faktor mely ezt befolyásolja, a nagy kereselet a felhasználói termékek iránt, melyek a befektetôk igényeit és várakozásait beváltja. Az áringadozás tekintetében semmilyen komoly változás nem volt tapasztalható. Az egyik ígéretes tény az, hogy az ipari ingatlanok közel 100%-a kiadott. A helyszínek tekintetében e fejlesztôk és a bérlôk továbbra is a Bukarest, Brassó, Kolozsvár, Temesvár, Konstanza környéki területeket és a leendő autópályák nyomvonalait preferálják. A használt raktárak iránti kereslet is növekszik.

The industrial property market

The experienced economical upswing in Romania can also be noticed on the market of industrial properties. Opportunities are gained from the promising outlook of the export industry. Another factor that influences the upswing of the industrial property market i s the already existing huge demand for consumer goods, and these fulfill the expectations of investors. Concerning price fluctuation, no significant changes were noticed on the market. A promising aspect of the property market is the fact that almost 100% of newly built warehouses will find tenants in a short period of time. In terms of location, developers and tennants will be looking for opportunities in Bucuresti, Brassov, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Constanta. When it comes to used warehouses, the demand is rising.
